Dystopian Island Whale Butcher Scene

"The scene is a dystopian planet 500 years in the future. A bleak desert in the distance beyond a wild grey ocean. (Masses of people are crowded into shanty towns on a steep island like flies on dead meat:1.9). Broken chair blistering green paint, bare wood. The old man has caught a gigantic whale like creature which is deformed, with a twisted mouth and residual fins. The Chinese man goes into a Butcher's shop where strange unrecognisable meat is hanging from rusty hooks."
